SHOREFEST 2023 “BEACH PARTY” was such a fun day at the park! This year the activities group served BBQ’d pork ribs, made with a special rub and sauce made by Kim Maggi. They were delicious! We also served hot dogs, polish dogs, Corn on the cob, mac ‘n cheese, baked beans and so much more.

The Shorecrest HOA brought in 3 large dumpsters and all were completely filled with 75+ loads from the community. It was great opportunity for the community to do some spring cleaning. Thank you to volunteers Craig Larsen, Mike Jacobson, and Elliot Pridmore for working the event and also to Jennifer Cunan for providing them a delicious lunch!

May’s LNO was a Ladies Day outing to Brother’s Nursery in Gorst, followed by lunch at 2 Margarita’s in Allyn. What a fun day! Stay tuned for more LNO adventures the 2nd Tuesday of every month. To get on the email list, contact Johanna Lang 

Thanks to the wonderful volunteers in our community, the 2023 Easter egg hunt and brunch was a great success! This was our first Easter event since before the pandemic and everyone seemed ready to welcome it back. Many neighborhood families came out to hunt eggs, have a photo moment with one of the Easter bunnies, and enjoy the delicious brunch. A special thank you to Janet Martini and Jen Cunan for organizing this event and also to all those who contributed to help make it beautiful and fun.
