Shorecrest Beach Club

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bill, Mike, Craig, Tracey                    absent Greg and Patricia (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for November 9^th, 19^th, 26^th, 2019 was read and approved with corrections.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. Mike reported on Bob’s wife Shirly’s passing away.  

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).   

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office). She also talked about the superintendent of Pioneer Schools requesting to talk at our January meeting, she asked if we could put people that pass away name on the reader board by the pool, she ask about placing a notice that board members would be elected at our Membership meeting in April.

Maintenance report: Elliott gave a verbal report. He thanked us for letting him buy the tools he needed to do his job. Mike talked about buying a dump trailer to replace the one we got from Roy.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She discussed sending Elliot to pool school.

The Board voted to accept the staff reports.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Elliott reported on the drive around he and Mike made, and how he was handling it.

Activities Committee: Marcia Discussed the Thanksgiving dinner that was a success and that they even ran out of food.

Old Business:   

Mike gave report on the sprinkler system.

New Business:

We gave a Christmas bonus to Teresa and Elliott, Carolynne said to give what she would normally get to Teresa and Elliott.
