Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:05 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Greg, Craig                       Tracey, Patricia (excused)

Open Session
Elliott discussed the tools and tool case he needs to do his job. The Board voted to allow up to $1000 to be spent on tools.
Discussed the budget with Carolynne, after much discussion we approved the budget with a $20 increase in the dues bringing the dues and emergency fund to $240.
While we were discussing the budget the person from the gardening company came in and discussed the job, they did in putting in the sprinkler system around the pool area.
Voted to go into closed session to discuss property issue.

The Board agreed to contact our lawyer about the matter discussed in the closed session.
