Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:0 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Tracey, Greg, Craig, Patricia

Open Session

Greg gave a update on the sprinkler system. The sprinkler people should be here some time in November to put the sprinklers in, now that we got the sod removed.

Discussed what to do with the 2002 Shorecrest “Policies and Procedures/Covenants”. Will be reviewed.

Discussed changes to the Architectural Committee “Policies and Procedures”. Will be reviewed.

We discussed when to have a meeting to discuss the budget. We decided on November 19^th at 10 am.

The Board voted to go into closed session to discuss a letter and property issues.

The Board voted to increase Elliott’s hours by 4 hours per week to drive around and check the conditions of the lots in Shorecrest.

The Board voted to adjourn.
