Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:02 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Tracey, Greg, Craig, Patricia

Open Session

Mike discussed what’s happing with the sprinkler system.

Greg talked about how he would get the electrical power to the sprinkler system.

Craig wanted to know about what was being done about property issues. The property issues were explained to him.

How Shorecrest handles coAllection issues was discussed, there was several different solutions discussed.

The property on Peyton PL. that Shorecrest owns was discussed and it was decided and voted on the to post property on our bulletin board outside the office, and list it for $8000.

Went into closed session to discuss liens and employee issue.                    e

The Board voted to give the office manager a $3.00 raise to take effect on October 1^st ,2019 and approve filing the lien discussed in closed session.
