Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Tracey, Greg, and Craig         Patricia (excused)

Open Session

Greg discussed the Sprinkler Project. He reported on the three estimates that he got from the landscaping people. Oakland Bay Landscaping had the best price. We want to remove the shrubs from around the pool area and put in a sprinkler system around the pool area and some other landscaping things.

The Maintenance Job Description that Greg revised was discussed and some small changes were made.

Craig wanted to know about the rental of the club house.

We discussed Hiring Kyle Vance to assist Larry with the maintenance and when Larry leaves, he will take over as the maintenance person. He will be paid $15 per hour while he is an assistant beginning August 1^st and be paid what Larry is paid when he takes over the position.

We went into closed session to discuss Violation letters, Liens and Rules and Regulations.

The Board voted send out the liens.

The Board voted to hire Kyle.
