Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

July 13, 2019

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Mike, Tracey, Patricia, Craig                   Greg and Bill absent (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for June 08^th and 25^th, 2019 was read and approved with corrections.  

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. He introduced our new Board member Craig Larsen. Tracey was thanked for the sign she had made up for our park.

Treasurer: A report was given by Patricia (the report is in the office).

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office). She also talked about the replacement of the pool heater on Monday Her day off.

Maintenance report: Mike said Larry repaired the little kids’ playground.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She said the estimate for the new pool heater is $6545. She also discussed the chlorine levels in the pool.

The Board voted to accept the staff reports.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Mike asked the Board to approve the appointment of Tom Ridenour to the Architectural Committee. The Board voted approve the him to the Architectural Committee.

Activities Committee: Carolynne talked about the 4^th of July party. Mike said they were looking for volunteers for Shorefest on August 17^th, 2019.  

Old Business: Mike talked about Greg’s info on the irrigation system. Chuck discussed his party on July 27^th.

New Business: We talked about people living in RV’s, tiny houses and about the maintenance person when Larry leaves us.
