June 25, 2019

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Patricia     Tracey, Greg, and Craig (excused)

Open Session

Guy Fahrenbuch discussed what was planned for the the lot at 50 E Hammon. He will bring all proper information to the Arch Committee.

Louann and Amelia Saviova discussed their plans for the garden. She discussed tools they needed. The Board Voted to let them spend up to $850 on the garden.

Chuck discussed having an adult party on July 27. The Board decided to table the issue.

Greg talked about the Brewer property. The person that was hired to clean up the property didn’t work out, so we decided to hire Kyle Vance to clean up the property.

Greg gave a update on the irrigation project

We discussed the replacement for Larry when he leaves.

The Board voted up to $200 to be spent on the 4^th of July party on top of the $500 already allotted.
