Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

June 8, 2019

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Mike, Greg, Patricia                   Tracey and Bill absent (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for May 5^th and 28^th, 2019 was read and approved with corrections.  

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike No report.

Treasurer: A report was given by Patricia (the report is in the office).

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report. He reported on the Awning that he and Greg put up and the light shining on the flag.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She reported on how many people have used the pool. She also asked for permission to buy a cotton candy maker, it would cost $210. The Board voted to allow Teresa to spend $210 for the cotton candy maker.

The Board voted to accept the staff reports.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Mike gave a verbal report. He talked about the drive around that he and I made to check the lots that had complaint letters written about them.

Activities Committee: Marcia gave a verbal report. She reported that the committee planed a meeting for Wednesday at 1 pm to discuss the 4^th of July and Shorefest. The Board voted to allow the committee to spend $500 for the 4^th of July and$2,000 for Shorefest.

Old Business:

The Board voted to approve the revised Rules and Regulations and the revised Architectural Committee Policies and Procedures.

New Business:

The Board voted to approve Craig Larsen to the Board of Directors.

The Board voted to approve $200 to clean up the Brewer property.

Discussed the Neighborhood Watch.

Discussed rekeying the clubhouse.

Discussed putting in a sprinkler system around the pool.
