Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Tracey, Greg, Patricia    

Open Session

Discussed camping at the Shorecrest Beach Club park. Decided to put up a new sign at the park.

Carolynne talked about how the budget ended at the end of the fiscal year.

Discussed the permit for a lot on Hillcrest.

Voted to approve Tracey to be on the Arch. Committee.

Closed Session

Open Session

The Board voted to approve Tracey to spend up to $150 for a sign at the Shorecrest Beach Club park.

Discussed taking care of people in need.

Discussed putting address on lots.

Discussed electrical connections on either side of the pool.

Adjourned 12:20 pm
