Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

April 13, 2019

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Tracey, Mike, Bill                 Patricia and Greg absent (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for March 9, 2019 was read and approved.  

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. He mentioned the Rules and Regulations that we were working on.

Treasurer: A report was given by Bill (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report. He reported that there were trees and brushes that were damaged by all the snow and had to cleaned up and also had a plumber help cleaning out the shower drains and unplug a toilet.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She reported that the pool pump when out. She called in a pool repair man, he said that the pump would need to be replaced for $1200.                                                                              

The Board voted to accept the staff report.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Larry talked about some permits we approved or were considering.

Activities Committee: Marsh gave a verbal. Talked about the Easter egg hunt and the next bingo night in May.

Angie brought up the burning tree branches when lots are cleared.
