Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

(There wasn’t a board meeting in February)

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Tracey, Patricia, Greg                  Mike and Bill absent (excused)

The Board voted to accept Cynthia’s resignation from the Board.

Minutes: Minutes for January 12, 2019 was read and approved with corrections.  

Staff reports:

Presidents: Greg gave a verbal report. He said Mike was in Arizona and discussed the work done on the Rules and Regulations. He also talked about a drive thru SBC.

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office). She also talked about Chuck plowing the snow from driveways.

Greg suggested we set an emergency plan to take care of people in a emergency.

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report. He talked about some trees and bushes that were blown over and need cleaned up and there is a couple of toilets that were plugged up.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report.

The Board voted to accept the staff report.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Larry Discussed the properties that the Architectural Committee approved building permits for. Also discussed was Article VI Section L. of the By-Laws where it covers the Delegated Authority of the Architectural Committee. The Architectural Committee is waiting for revised Rules and Regulations to be accepted before doing the annual drive thru.

Activities Committee: Carolynne discussed Easter egg hunt and breakfast to be held on April 13^th.

Adjourned: 11:15am

Reopened the Board meeting at 11:18am

The Board voted to let the Activities Committee spend up to $400 or the amount left in the Activities Committees budget for the Easter egg hunt and breakfast.

The Board voted to cancel the working meeting for April.
