Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Mike, Tracey, Patricia              Greg and Bill absent - excused

Minutes: Minutes for November 10^th was read and approved.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. He talked a little about the revision of the Rules and Regulations

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: None.

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She discussed the replacement of the pool cover.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: None

Activities Committee: Carolynne discussed the bingo in January and she and Teresa talked about a family in need. The Board voted to donate up to $200 for the family for Christmas.

The Board voted to give the office Manager $125 and the pool Manager & Maintenance person $75 Christmas bonus.
