Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bill, Mike, Tracey, Patricia              Greg absent - excused

Minutes: Minutes for October 13 was read and approved.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. He reported that the roofs were cleaned, we started to revise the Rules and Regulations

Treasurer: A report was given by Bill (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Larry was absent.

Pool Report: None

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: None

Activities Committee: Marcia discussed the Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday the 17th.

New Business:

Discussed the By-Laws where it lays out the authority of the Architectural Committee.

Discussed lot combination.

Discussed having Bingo in January.

Guest Business:

None

Voted to go into Closed Session for member request and request and liens.

Voted to approve the liens and to approve the lot combination of Robert and Nancy Pinkney at

Lot # SAR2-1-26 & 27
