Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

August 11, 2018

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Pam, Jerry, Bill, Mike, Greg, Louann          

Minutes: Minutes for July 14^th and 31^st were read and approve.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike discussed a work party on Wednesday to get the area ready for Shorefest.

Treasurer: A report was given by Bill (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office). She also discussed the possibility that she might have to be take time off to take care of ankle problems.

Maintenance report: A verbal report was given by Larry. He said he was getting things ready for Shorefest.

Pool Report: A verbal report was given by Teresa. She discussed people using the pool when no pool attendants were present. She also discussed the towels she washed and the two hours she put on her time report and that the pool grates on the pool bottom will need to be replaced and the amount that the water company charged for installing the backflow.

The Board voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Larry discussed the rat problem along with many others.

Activities Committee: Marcia discussed Shorefest including the food and entertaining and cleanup.

Old Business:

Discussed letters to Board applicants.

Greg discussed the traffic control, speed control trailers, and speed limit signs.

New Business:

Mike discussed the need to know who had a key to the clubhouse.

Carolynne discussed the need to pump of the septic tank.

Guest Business:

None

Voted to Closed Session for Employee working hours, Lawyer business and Liens.

Closed Session.
