Working meeting

Meeting called to order 7:00 pm

Roll Call: Louann, Greg, Ken, Bill, Pam, Jerry Mike was absent (vac)

Open Session
Jerry Discussed asking Patricia and Rick West if they would like to volunteer for something.
Voted to go into closed session to discuss employee issues and Architectural Committee issues.

Open Session
The Board voted to approve the 1st letter from the Architectural Committee.
The Board voted to reject the letter from a member to the Board.
Discussed educating members about matters like rats etc.
Discussed sending information to members by email.
Louann volunteered to follow up on Larry going to school on pool chemicals.
Discussed the makeup of committees.
Greg gave an update on electronic radar speed signs, speed bumps, rumble strips and putting hoses across the road to tell when people are speeding.
Discussed changes to the Bylaws.
Discussed animal control.
Discussed what and how the Architectural Committee does about lots that members complain about.
