Working meeting

Meeting called to order 7:00 pm

Roll Call: Louann, Mike, Ken, Bill, Pam, Jerry

Open Session

The meeting with the attorney, Sarah Beth Hernandez Huot, by Mike Jacobson and Ken Shelton was discussed. The proposed agreement between the Water Company, SEWC, and Shorecrest Beach Club and she recommended that we don’t enter into the agreement.
The Board voted to rescind the vote to approve the agreement with the water company made on May 22nd.
The attorney also said that a Bed & Breakfast would not be following our governing documents, and that Shorecrest personal could not enter a member’s property without their permission.
A member discussed pool issues. Mike and Teresa will take care of the issues brought up.
A request was made for funds for the July Bar-B-Que.
The Board voted to approve spending up to $350 for the July Bar-B-Que.
The pool hours and the number of pool attendants on duty was discussed.
The water company will fix a water backflow problem with the pool and bill Shorecrest for the work.
The By-Laws were discussed
Jerry discussed his work hours.
Louann discussed and an email she sent to the Board members.
She also discussed the food bank.
A member also discussed a dog bite he got and what the Arch.comm.is doing about it.
Pam discussed the results to the survey sent to the members with the call to meeting.
Pam brought up what was considered a business in Shorecrest.
The Board in all it’s wisdom decided that the secretary shall take on the job of making a chart of task that people agree to take on and what is done about the task.
The Board voted to send out the five liens that Carolynne brought to the Board.
The Board voted to make Greg Clark a Board member.
