Working meeting

Meeting called to order 7:00 pm

Roll Call: Louann, Mike, Ken, Bill, Pam, Jerry

Open Session
Carolynne discussed the 2017-18 P & L statement.
Pan and LouAnn agreed to look at the Survey results from the Annual Membership Meeting call to meeting packet and give a report to the Board at the June meeting.
LouAnn discussed the food bank.
The Board voted to allow Carolynne to spend up to $150 for food for the pool opening on Saturday.
The Board voted to go into closed session to discuss Water company issue, elect Board offices,
and employee issue.

The Board voted to elect the same people to be officers of the Board.
President: Mike Jacobson
Vice President: Jerry Strong
Treasure: Bill Mackelwich
Secretary: Ken Shelton
The Board voted to approve the agreement with the water company.
It was brought to the Boards attention that the 2014 Bylaws in Article V Section A states the board officers will be elected in a special session. The Bylaws have not been changed by the membership to say officers will be elected in a closed session as the 2016 Bylaws shows.
