Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

March 10, 2018

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, LouAnn, Pam, Jerry Bill and Mike were absent (excused)
Minutes: Minutes for February 10th and 27th were read and approved with corrections.
Staff reports:
Presidents: Jerry is sitting in for Mike. No Presidents report.
Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office)
Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office). Discussed the separating the lights over the kitchen area from the rest of the club house lighting. The Board voted to spend up to $100 to take care of the problem.
Maintenance report: A verbal report was given by Larry. He says he will kill the moles if the kids will quit stealing the traps.
Pool Report: Teresa would like to plant new plants in the planter boxes in the pool area. The Board voted to spend up to $200 for new plants.
The Board voted to approve the staff reports.
Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:
Architectural Committee: Larry talked about the yearly drive around

Activities Committee: LouAnn talked about the Breakfast and Easter egg hunt. The Board voted to spend up to $150 for the breakfast.
The Board voted to accept Committee reports.
Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:
Discussed the Shorecrest Vision Statement and Survey. The Board voted to approve the Survey.

New Business:
The Board voted to move the working meeting to 7:00pm on the last Tuesday of the month.
The Board voted to have the agenda for the Annual Membership Meeting ready by the February Board Meeting.

Guest Business:
None

The Board voted to go into closed session to go over the Pool Managers Responsibilities and Qualifications.
