Working meeting

Meeting called to order 10:07 AM

Roll Call: Louann, Ken, Bill, Pam, Jerry     Absent Joe, Mike (vacation excused)

Discussed and finalized the job descriptions for the office manager and maintenance person.

Discussed the Mission Statement. The Board voted to accept the Mission Statement with corrections.

Discussed drafting a survey to the membership.

The Board of Directors voted to accept Joe Campbell’s resignation from the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors voted to make Jerry Strong Vice President.

The Board of Directors voted to make Jerry Strong a signing officer for our bank accounts at Columbia Bank.

Open Session

Adjourned 11:42 am
