Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

February 10, 2018

Meeting called to order 10:03 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Mike, LouAnn, Pam, Jerry     Bill and Joe were absent (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for January 13^th and 16^th were read and approved with corrections.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike gave a verbal report. He talked about a company that was interested in harvesting oysters from the beach at our park. LouAnn said that the beach belonged to the state.

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office)

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: A verbal report was given by Larry. The moss on the roof was taken care of, he changed what was on the signs and the mole problem was discussed.

Pool Report: Teresa reported LouAnn and other women were helping with the food bank.

The Board voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Larry talked about having the yearly drive around. Pam volunteered to go with him.

Activities Committee: Marcia talked about the Spaghetti / Valentine dinner on February 17^th and Easter egg hunt.

The Board voted to accept Committee reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Old Business: Pam discussed the Shorecrest Vision Statement. A draft of it was given to the board.

New Business:

None

Guest Business:

Carrington Bloom said his home was finished and he has moved in.
