Staff reports:
President – verbal
– Dead tree by road needs to be taken down, Century Link will put up a cedar fence by sign next week, website has increasing traffic, Mike attended the water board meeting, Fill dirt for area by blackberries to be put down, culvert needs to be purchased and installed by sign

Pool report:
Theresa reported that there were 3808 swimmers this year, pump needs to be checked ($110), some wiring is corroded, and Board will decide whether or not to re-heat pool after service.
Also back packs and school supplies were given out
Architectural report:
One person is asking for a hearing
Activities report:
Next item on the schedule is thanksgiving
Old Business – Audit went very well
New Business: many compliments on the flower arrangements for Shorefest, voted to have a “Taco Tuesday” in October, Pam brought up her desire for a new mission statement and values statement, Hat party for Halloween?
Prior to adjournment food was available and all volunteers that helped for Shorefest and other activities were thanked and gathered outside for a group picture.
