Working meeting to discuss misc. items.

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Joe, Mike, Pam, Louann Bill was absent (excused)

Open Session
Mike discussed the Audit, Insurance coverage, Budget, and Fill dirt for the grounds.

Louann discussed improvements to the area around the sign. Mike suggested putting a culvert in the ditch then adding the gravel.
Louann also discussed improvements to the waterfront park.
Louann proposed some form of a Thank You for the volunteers for Shorefest. The Board decided to send out ‘Thank You’ cards.

Pam discussed a mission statement, board minutes, and ways to communicate with members.
We will check with other HOA’s to see how they do these things.

Carolynne discussed pool expenses and changes to the pool hours. She also suggested that the treasurer sigh off on the monthly bank statements.

Went to closed session to discuss liens and a hearing request.

Voted to file the four liens discussed in closed session.
