Working meeting to discuss several items.

Meeting called to order 10AM

Roll Call: Ken, Joe, Mike, LouAnn, Bill Pam’s on vacation

Open Session

Discussed the working party on July 29th. Decided to go ahead with it from10am to1pm. There will be food.
Discussed the fireworks problem on the 4th of July and how to handle the complaints.
Discussed the burn ban and the burning of large piles of tree cuttings.
Discussed having a better friendly relationship with the water board.
Discussed lot combinations.
Discussed the budget regarding the pool expenses.
Carolynne discussed the audit. There were no problems with it, but the audit company billed us $2800 instead of $1600 to $1800 they said in the email they sent us before we made our budget for 2017-2018.
Discussed the horse pits to be built for Shorefest.
Discussed a letter to a member from the Architectural Committee.
