Meeting called to order 10 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Mike, Joe, Bill, LouAnn. Pam was on vacation.

Minutes for June 10 and June 27, 2017 was read and approved with corrections

Staff reports:
Presidents: A verbal report was given by Mike.
Discussed the web site.
Treasurer: A report was given by Bill
Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne.
Pool report: A verbal was given by Teresa.
The board approved having the piping to be installed for the chlorine.
Maintenance report: A verbal report was given by Carolynne.
Voted to approve the staff reports.
Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:
Architectural Committee: None
Activities Committee: Marsha discussed the Relay For Life
Voted to accept Committee reports.
Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:
Discussed the need for volunteers to help clean up the park on July 29th from 10am to 1pm. There will be food.
Mike and Keith said they would cut down the blackberry bushes on the lot across the street.
Discussed Shorefest and having a band.

New Business:
A member came to discuss having a building approved for his lot.
Carolynne discussed fireworks being set off. Will discusses at a later meeting.
A member came to discuss combining lots.
The Board approved the changes for the Rules and Regulations
