Working meeting to elect two Board Members and other misc. items. 

Meeting called to order 10:02 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bill, Joe, Mike, Chuck

Open Session

Discussed the documents that were kept in a safety deposit box at Heritage Bank.

The Board decided to keep the documents in the office safe.

The Board decided to pay off the remainder of the money owed on the mower.

Discussed the lighting of the Shorecrest sign.

Discussed the new website that Larry is setting up.  It will be Shorecrestbeachclub.org.

Discussed our insurance policy.

Discussed Shorefest.

Discussed the Relay for life Team Connie.

Voted to appoint Louann Davis and Pamela Lau to the Board of Directors. Their positions will run until 2020.

Voted to give Teresa Brown a $1.25 pay raise this year (2017) and no pay raise next year (2018).
