Meeting called to order  10:07AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bob, Mike, Chuck, and  Patricia            Mike and Joe were absent (working Excused).

Minutes for March 11, 2017 was read and approved

Staff reports:

Presidents: A verbal report was given by Bob

Treasurer report was given by  Carolynne

Office Manager A verbal report was given by Carolynne.   

Pool report:  None

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report

Voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Activities Committee: Louann gave a verbal report.

Voted to accept Committee reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:

Connie gave a verbal report on beautification of the sign area

New Business:

Pioneer School made a request to address the members at the board meeting in May

Guest Business:

None

Voted to go into closed session to discuss legal matter, Member issue ,board member issue.

Voted to reject the Habitat for Humanity request
