Meeting called to order  10:05AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bob, Mike, Bill, Chuck, and  Patricia            Joe was absent (working Excused).

Minutes for February 11, 2017 was read and approved

Staff reports:

Presidents: report was given by Bob

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.   

Pool report:  None

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report

Voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave a verbal. Discussed Easter egg hunt and breakfast.  Carolynne ask for $200 for the Easter egg hunt and breakfast.

The Board voted to give the $200 for the Easter egg hunt and breakfast.

Architectural Committee: Larry discussed Rules and Regulations Section B 15

Voted to accept Committee reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:

Discussed the beautification of the sign area and the need for volunteers.

New Business:

Voted to approve the lot combination Neil Schierman SAR1-4-11 & 12

Guest Business:

None

Voted to go into closed session to discuss legal matter,  Architectural, Member issue.
