Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

February 11, 2017

Meeting called to order  10:02AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bob, Mike, Bill, Chuck, and  Patricia            Joe was absent (working Excused).

Minutes for January 14^th  &  31^st 2017 was read and approved with corrections

Staff reports:

Presidents: Bob gave a verbal report.

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.   

Pool report:  Teresa gave a verbal report.

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report

Voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave a verbal. Tersesa discussed the food bank  giving out food at the club house and asked for a one time donation of $100 to buy toilet paper and etc. to give out at the food bank.

The Board voted to give the $100 to buy toilet paper and etc.

Architectural Committee:  Larry gave a verbal report about the drive thru.

Voted to accept Committee reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Guest Business:

Discussed Carrington Bloom's house he wants to build.

Voted to go into closed session to discuss legal matters.
