Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

January 14, 2017

Meeting called to order  10:02AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bob, Mike, Bill, Chuck, and  Patricia            Joe was absent (he was sick Excused).

Minutes for December 10^th and 27^th ,2016 and January 5^th 2017 was read and approved.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Bob gave a verbal report.

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.    The Board Voted to approve the 2017 – 2018 budget.

Pool report:  Teresa gave a verbal report. She said we will need a new filter for the pool, need to repair the pool deck drains and discussed having a weekend night for adults.

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report

Voted to approve the staff reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Committee reports:

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave a verbal report about the Spaghetti Dinner on February 11^th at 5 pm.   The Board voted up to $150 to be spent on the dinner.

Architectural Committee:  Larry gave a verbal report about the first drive by. The Board voted to approve the first letter.

Communications Committee: Discussed the web site.

Voted to accept Committee reports.

Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:

Discussed the County Wide HOA meeting at on January 28^th at Hartstene Pt.

New Business:

Mark discussed the replacement of the water mains.

Guest Business:

None

Voted to go into closed session to discuss property violations.
