Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

December 10, 2016

Meeting called to order 10:05AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bob, Mike, Bill                 Joe, Chuck, and Patricia were absent.   (Chuck, and            Patricia were Excused).

Minutes for November 12^th and November 29^th ,2016 was read and approved with a change.

Staff Reports:

Presidents: Bob gave a verbal.

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: None

Maintenance report: None

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Activities Committee: None

Architectural Committee: Rip resigned as chairman of the Architectural Committee but is still on the committee. Larry was chosen to replace Rip as chairman.

Communications Committee: none Voted to accept Committee Reports. Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:

Voted to give the staff the same Christmas bonus as last year.

New Business: None

Guest Business:

Carrington Bloom discussed his plans to build a house on his lot.
