Meeting called to order 10:03AM

Roll Call: Chuck, Ken, Bob, Joe, Patricia, Mike, Bill

Minutes for October 8^th and October 25^th ,2016 was read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Presidents: was given by Bob

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Voted to approve up to $400 for the Thanksgiving dinner.

Pool report: Teresa gave a verbal report Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Activities Committee: Carolynne discussed the Thanksgiving dinner also Rip brought up Christmas Activities for the children.

Architectural Committee: Rip gave the report. She requested that we send out post cards about the drive though.

Communications Committee: none Voted to accept Committee Reports. Written reports are in the office.

Old Business:

Reported on the County wide HOA meeting.

New Business:

Discussed if a husband or wife could serve on the board at the same time. ( At the 2004 Annual meeting the membership voted to amend the By-Laws to read “no more than one member of a household, defined as either spouses, or parents or children living together, may serve as a trustee at any one time.)

Guest Business:

Mark gave a report on the replacement of water lines.

Voted to go into closed session to discuss lawyer Business.
