October 8, 2016

Meeting called to order 10:10AM

Roll Call: Chuck, Ken, Bob, Joe, Patricia, Mike, Bill

Minutes for September 10^th and September 27^th, 2016 was read and approved with correction.

Staff Reports:

Presidents: was given by Bob

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne. Requested Shorecrest buy 4 more tables. Voted to buy the four tables. Teresa said the pool brought in about $800 from the ice cream and other stuff they sell. She ask for approval to purchase 2 cabinets and a umbrella.

Pool report: Carolynne gave verbal. Teresa said the pool brought in about $800 from the ice cream and other stuff they sell. She ask for approval to purchase 2 cabinets and a umbrella.

The board voted to approve the purchase.

Maintenance report: Larry gave a verbal report. Discussed the Shorecrest sign lighting and painting the sign and buss stops.

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Activities Committee: Discussed Thanksgiving Dinner. It will be on Saturday November 19^th.

Also discussed the pot luck dinners.

Architectural Committee: None. Voted to appoint Rip Campbell to the Architectural Committee:.

Monthly meetings will be on the Tuesday before the Board meeting at 10 AM. Communications Committee: Discussed sending pictures for the web page.

Old Business:

Rules and Regulations was shelved.

Office lights and wiring: Mike volunteered to check into it.

New Business:

Real Estate agents letter: Discussed sending a letter to the Real Estate offices asking them to notify the customers that we are a HOA.

Request to purchase 4 more tables: see Office Manager report.

Guest Business: None

Voted to go into closed session to discuss lawyer Business and liens to be filed.
