Meeting called to order 10:03 AM

Roll Call: Chuck, Ken, Bob, Joe, Patricia                     Mike and Bill were absent (both excused)

Minutes for August 09 and August 30,2016 was read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Presidents: was given by Bob

Treasurer report was given by Carolynne.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne. Confirmed October 29^th as the date for the joint HOA Mtg.

Pool report: was given by Carolynne. Discussed the pool closure date. October 2nd

Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Activities Committee: Louann emailed the report

Architectural Committee: None

Communications Committee: None Voted to accept Committee Reports.

Old Business: none

New Business:

Voted to appoint Keith Ohm to the Architectural Committee.

Voted to give $75 as a wedding gift to Teresa.

Voted to make a addendum to the Rules and Regulations (change the fines in Section A number 15 and 16 from $100 to $250 and $250 to $500)

Guest Business: None

Voted to go into closed session to discuss lawyer Business.
