Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Chuck, Ken, Bill, Bob, Joe, Mike                 Patricia was absent (Excused)

Minutes for June 11, June 14, June28 were read and approved with corrections.

Staff Reports:

Presidents: Bob gave verbally

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Teresa gave verbally. Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave verbally.

Architectural Committee: Charley gave verbally. Discussed having one set of files for complaints and letters about properties. Discussed changing the fine amounts and the letters sent out from the Architectural Committee.

Voted to change the fine amount for the 2^nd letter from $100 to $250 and for the 3^rd letter from $150 to $500.

Communications Committee: Joe gave verbally. Discussed the web site.

Voted to accept Committee Reports.

Discussed more faucets for hose connections Mike discussed the clean up work party.
