Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Ken, Bill, Bob, Joe, Mike, Chuck Minutes for April 09 and April 26 were read and approved .

Staff Reports:

Presidents: Bob gave verbally

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Carolynne gave verbally

Maintenance report: Larry gave verbally. Discussed having the kids clean the ditches.

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: Voted to appoint Caren Whiteny to the Architectural Committee and make her chairman of the committee.

Communications Committee: Joe discussed the newsletter and web site.

Activities Committee:None

Voted to accept Committee Reports. Old Business none
