Working meeting to Elect Officers, discuss the audit and the hiring of Maintenance Person.

Meeting called to order 10:12 AM

Roll Call: Chuck Ken, Bill, Joe, Bob, Patricia, Mike                  

Elected officers:

Voted Bob Charleston to be president.

Voted Patricia McCray to be Vice-President.

Voted Bill Mackelwich to be Treasurer. Voted Ken Shelton to be Secretary.

Joe Campbell         ( 1 years left Term expires 2017 )

Patricia McCray     ( 1 years left Term expires 2017 )

Chuck Dusharme   ( 2 years left Term expires 2018 )

Voted send out a ballot for the 2016-2017 Audit with the newsletter.

Decided to wait a couple of weeks to decide on the Maintenance position. Voted to go into closed session to discuss Legal issue.
