Meeting called to order 10:05 AM

Minutes for March 12^th and 29^th were read and approved with corrections. Voted to approve the change in the Minutes for January 19^th .

Staff Reports:

Presidents: Bob gave verbally

Treasurer report was given by Carolynne..

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Carolynne gave verbally Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: Voted to appoint Charley to the Architectural Committee and to make him the chairman.

Communications Committee: Joe discussed the next newsletter Activities Committee:None
