Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Ken, Bill, Bob, Joe       Chuck and Mike( excused ) Minutes for February 13^th and 23^rd were read and approved with corrections.

Staff Reports:

Presidents Bob read

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: was given by Carolynne.

Maintenance report: included in presidents report.

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: none

Communications Committee: Joe discussed the next newsletter

Activities Committee: Connie discussed Easter egg hunt and breakfast.

Voted to approve the Committee Reports

Went to closed session to discuss liens.

CLOSED Session

Open Session Voted to have Carolynne send out the 4 liens discussed in closed session.

Adjourned closed session 11:30am
