Minutes for January 9^th & January 19^th   were read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Nothing to report Maintenance report: none Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: Wes gave a verbal report

Communications Committee: Joe discussed the next newsletter

Activities Committee: None

Voted to approve the Committee Reports

Discussed the land the Beach Club owns on Peyton Pl

New Business

Discussed burn ban info

Guest Business None

Went to closed session to discuss employee hiring.
