Minutes for December 12^th & January 7^th   were read and approved.

Presidents None Bod was ill

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Nothing to report

Maintenance report: Verbal (Just wrapping up Christmas stuff etc.) Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.
