Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

December 12, 2015

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Note: The meeting was chaired by Patricia due to Bob not felling well.

Roll Call: Patricia, Ken, Bill, Joe, Bob, Mike, Chuck                        

Minutes for November 14^th were read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Presidents report was given by Patricia Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: Teresa gave a verbal report.

Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: None

Communications Committee: Joe gave a verbal report.

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave a verbal report. Voted to approve the committee reports.

New Business

Discussed purchasing a cordless phone so the the board can have conference call in the club house.

Discussed accessing members to set up a emergency fund. (This fund would only be used for emergencies.)

Adjourned 11:00am

Reopened the meeting to discuss Christmas bonuses for the staff. Voted to give the same amount as we did in 2014.
