Meeting called to order 11:10 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Ken, Bill, Joe, Bob, Mike                         Chuck absent (not excused)

Minutes for October 10^th, October 28^th, and November 7^th were read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Presidents report was given by Bob Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report: None

Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee: Wes Ball gave a verbal report.

Communications Committee: Joe gave a verbal report.

Activities Committee: Carolynne gave a verbal report. Voted to approve the committee reports.

Old Business

Discussed selling Payton PL property owned by Shorecrest Beach club.

New Business

Office will be closed Thursday thru Monday. (Thanksgiving weekend)
