October 10, 2015

Meeting called to order 10:030 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Ken, Bill, Joe, Bob, Mike Minutes for September 19 were read and approved.

Staff Reports:

Presidents report: Bob gave a verbal report Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager report was given by Carolynne.

Pool report was given by Verbally by Teresa.

Voted to approve the purchase of two filters for the pool for $2500

Maintenance report: None Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Committee Wes Ball gave a verbal report.

Communications Committee was given by Joe verbally. Activities Committee none (discussed Shorefest) Voted to approve the committee reports.

Old Business

Discussed having the fire department burning old abandon structures and having designated burn areas.

New Business

Discussed removing plastic shed next to the shop.

Discussed getting rid of the exterminator and trimming the bushes around the pool.

Discussed Closing the office Thursday thru Monday on Thanksgiving weekend and closing the office on the 1^st and 3^rd Saturdays During the winter.

Guest Business discussed member issue.

We went into closed session to discuss a legal issue and member issue.

CLOSED Session

Returned to open session.

Voted not to go with the the lawyer recommended in closed session.
