Meeting called to order 10:03 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Chuck, Ken, Bill, Joe, Bob, Mike

We went into closed session to talk with Christian French ( the lawyer about a ongoing court case).

Returned to open session.

Voted to authorize Christian French to consult with another lawyer (Philips Burgess) about the case.

Minutes for July 11^{th ,} July 28^th, and July 31^st   were read and approved.

Presidents: Bob gave a verbal report Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager was given by Carolynne.

Pool report was given by Teresa.

Maintenance: None

Voted to approve the staff reports. Written reports are in the office.

Architectural Committee No report .

Voted to approve the deck at 420 E Soundview Dr.

Communications Committee was given by Joe verbally. Discussed Newsletter and web page.

Activities Committee

Voted to approve up to $700 for food, prizes, etc for Shorecfest. Voted to approve the committee report.

New Business

Voted to accept the changes to the Rules and Regulations   Section B – Land Usage #5 Add [ within the boundaries of the Shorecrest Beach Club] at the end of the sentence and add a new sentence to # 5 [Any violation of this rule will result in a one hundred dollar ($100.00) fine].
