Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Meeting called to order 10 AM

Roll Call: Patricia, Chuck, Ken, Bill, Joe..     Bob absent (Excused)

Minutes for June 13^th & June 25^th were read and approved.

Presidents: None

Treasurer report was given by Bill.

Office Manager was given by Carolynne.

Pool report was given by Teresa. Maintenance: None

Voted to approve the staff reports. Reports are in the office.

Architectural Committee report was given by Wess verbally. There will be Architectural Committee meeting on July 20 at 6:30pm

Communications Committee was given by Joe verbally. Discussed Newsletter and web page.

Activities Committee Maggie resigned from the Activities Committee. Chuck was apointed to the Activities Committee.

Voted to approve the committee report.

Voted to have swim lessons as outlined by Carolynne.

Voted $100 seed money for youth activities. Voted $300 for 4^th of July activities.

New Business

Voted $500 for Band for Shorefest. (to be held on Sept. 12.)

Will discuss money for food for Shorefest at August Board meeting.
