Meeting called to order 9:59 AM

Roll Call: Bob, Patricia, Chuck, Ken, Bill..     Joe absent (Excused)

Minutes for 05/09/15 and 05/26/15 were read and approved.

Presidents report, Treasurer report, Office Manager, and Pool reports were read.

Maintenance report giving veritably.

Voted to approve the staff reports. Reports are in the office.

Architectural Committee         report was given by Dave verbally.

Communications Committee   Discussed Newsletter.

Activities Committee               Maggie discussed 4^th of July activities. Voted to approve the committee report.

Dave resigned form the Architectural Committee.

Voted to appoint West Ball to the Architectural Committee and appoint him chairman of the committee.

Voted to have swim lessons as outlined by Carolynne.

Voted $100 seed money for youth activities. Voted $300 for 4^th of July activities.

Old Business

Discussed New Board Member applications. Discussed insurance.

New Business

Discussed swim lessons and Quilt & Swim lessons.
