Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

August 25, 2020

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:00 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Craig, Tracey, Janet, Greg

Bill Mackelwich Resigned from the Board of Directors.

Craig discussed the repair of the stairs at our park.

The Board voted to approve the revised pool hours. The new hour is from 3pm to 7pm or 3:30 to 7:30. Both times were mentioned when we voted, so when I listened to the recording, I could not tell which one was voted on.

Mike talked about some trees that need to be removed at the park.

Janet discussed the plants to be planted around the pool.

Craig discussed the lots with Rules and Regulations problems. (Sewage problems)

Janet brought the problem we have with feral cats.

Putting out more newsletters was brought up and discussed.

Mason County sent a letter stating our fire alarm system needs to be recertified.

The car that is parked at the boat launch and the boat that is moored at the boat launch was brought up and discussed.

The next Working Board Meeting will be on September 22, 2020.
