Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:04 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Craig, Tracey, Janet Bill, Greg(excused)

Mike discussed what happened when some kids (teens or 20’s) damaged our old trailer and the mailboxes by the bus shelter.

We discussed replacing the stairs at our park.

Craig, Mike, and Elliot are going to look at what can be done to clean up the trees at our park.

The Board vote to have Elliott buy a chainsaw for about $300.

It was brought up that the property at ST3-4-2 had notches weeds on it, and we should have Elliott clean it up and charge the bank that owns it for his labor.

We discussed properties that need cleaned up.

We discussed 3 liens that need be filed with the county.

Barking dogs was also discussed.

Discussed the pool.
