Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Due to the COVID-19 Virus the meeting was held outside in the picnic area.

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Greg, Craig, Tracey, Janet                       absent Bill (excused)

Minutes: Minutes for February 8^th, February 18^th, and May 28^th were approved by the Board.

Staff reports:

Presidents: Mike thanked all the people involved in getting the garden ready, watering the plants was brought up.

Treasurer: A report was given by Tracey (the report is in the office).

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Elliott gave a verbal report. He reported on all the things he’s done in the past several months. The problem with dog waste at the parks was also discussed.

Buying a utility trailer was brought up, a dual axle, dump trailer was preferred.

Pool Report: Carolynne gave a verbal report. She said that we were planning to open the pool for the 4^th of July weekend. There would be a limit to how many people could be in the pool at a time, and other restrictions. The Board voted to approve Carolynne’s temporary pool rules.

It was brought up to the Board that a member was setting up a business on his lot. It will be investigated.
